Bora Shop is an online store based in Slovenia and operates within the EU. In addition to the online store, we also have a physical store in Izola, Slovenia, where personal order pickup is available

What products can I buy at Bora Shop?
Bora Shop offers clothing, footwear and equipment for fashion and leisure, skiing, cycling, outdoor activities and running, as well as nautical activities. Products are available for men, women and children.

Which brands are available?
We offer many well known brands, including Colmar, POC, Karpos, Diadora, North Sails, Mico, Boxeur des Rues, Everlast, Garmont, Sportful, Fidlock, Moustache and others.

Are the products at Bora Shop original?
Yes. All products are 100 percent original and sourced from official manufacturers or authorized suppliers.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure payment methods such as credit or debit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery and installment payments via Leanpay. All payment processes are carried out through secure connections.

Is personal order pickup available?
Yes. Personal order pickup is available at the Bora Shop physical store in Izola.

Where do you deliver orders?
We deliver orders throughout the EU customs area.

Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery is available for orders above a certain value in Slovenia and Croatia, in accordance with the current business terms.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. You will be informed about the order status via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.

Can I return or exchange purchased products?
Yes. Customers have the right to withdraw from the order or contract within 14 days from receiving the products, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation and general terms and conditions.

What is the procedure for returning products or withdrawing from the contract?
Complete the product return form and send it to the company address stated on the form if you wish to withdraw from the order or contract within 14 days of receiving the products. The completed form must be included with the returned product. Returns without a completed form cannot be processed.

When and how will I receive my refund?
In accordance with the general terms and conditions, refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the order or contract. The company will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer expressly requests a different method and does not incur any additional costs.

Who covers the cost of returning products?
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer. The company does not cover or refund return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.

Do products include a warranty?
Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and applicable legislation. Warranty conditions may vary depending on the product type.

How are complaints handled?
Complaints are handled professionally and as quickly as possible. For faster processing, please provide a description of the issue and photos of the product. In the case of a justified complaint, the procedure is carried out in accordance with the law.

Yes. Personal data are processed in accordance with data protection legislation and used exclusively for order processing, delivery and communication.

The Outlet section at Bora Shop includes products from previous collections, last items and samples offered at reduced prices. Discounts in the outlet section usually range from 40 to 70 percent.

Sample products are items that were displayed in showrooms or used for collection presentations. In terms of performance, functionality and quality, they are equivalent to regular products, but may show minor cosmetic signs of display.

Yes. All outlet and sample products are original and sourced through official distribution channels.
